Unguator Trade Up Program
Health Engineering Systems would like to introduce the Unguator
Trade Up Program. This program is designed to offer pharmacists the ability to trade
in their old Unguator E or E/S model toward the purchase of a new Unguator 2100.
The pharmacist will receive a redemption check in the amount of $500 for trading
in their old machine.
Who qualifies? Any pharmacist who wants to upgrade their old Unguator E or E/S machine.
Why would a pharmacist want to upgrade? The Unguator 2100 offers features that the
Unguator E or E/S model does not.
Features such as:
- Mixing capabilities up to 1000ml
- Preset mixing programs that optimize the formulation
- Standard USB port for upcoming software integration
- Quieter operation
- Higher mixing RPM’s
If you are interested in utilizing this program, please complete the steps below.
We have designed this program to be as easy as possible.
1. Purchase a new Unguator 2100
Pharmacists may use their most convenient purchasing option(s) to buy their new
Unguator 2100.
2. Ship your old Unguator for trade
Pack your old Unguator E or E/S safely and ship it to the Health Engineering Systems
Service Center using the carrier of your choice. You must use an original Unguator
E or E/S box for shipping. If you do not have the original box, HES will ship one
to them for a small fee. We will provide a confirmation email when their trade-in
arrives.

3. Receive your redemption check*
You must fax proof of purchase of your new Unguator 2100 to 405-329-6828. Once the
trade-in machine has been received, you will receive a redemption check in the amount
of $500. This check may take 6-8 weeks to arrive.
* The proof of purchase must be received within 30 days of the new purchase transaction
date. After that time, if we still have not received the proof of purchase, customer
will forfeit any cash back allowances. Supplies, accessories, services and support
do not qualify for this offer. Acceptable forms of proof of purchase are a sales
invoice (preferred), a packing slip (must provide your name, purchase date, purchase
amount, model and serial numbers). Purchase Orders, Order Confirmations, and Order
Acknowledgements are not acceptable forms of proof of purchase.
